Open Monument Day
Come visit us on Sunday, September 13, 2026, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for Open Monument Day.
Coffee and delicious cake will be served. Members of the Friends of the Church Association will also be on hand to lead church tours and guide visitors up the tower.
At 2:30 p.m., there will be a short organ concert featuring Tom Marten on the Lütkemüller organ.

Our church has more than 750 years of history and invites you to make exciting discoveries. Unusual medieval frescoes, a painting by Lukas Cranach the Elder and a Lütkemüller organ are just some of the features you won’t find in every other village church.
There is a multimedia exhibition outside and inside the church to help you explore this historic site. In addition, at least once a year there is a special concert in the church.
